Duties for this role include carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across sites in Southampton/Portsmouth. Applicants must have City and Guilds 2330 Electrical Installation Level 1&2 qualifications, 17th Edition IEE and previous experience within the Facilities Management industry. Inspection and Testing 2391 and A/C experience desirable. Driving licence is required.
